SCHEDULE
Most of our 1.15 hours martial arts classes are combined with +-20 mins conditioning training that includes cardio, weight training, and more. We do this to help you build a strong body that will support your passion for martial arts, improve your fitness capabilities, and both your physical and mental health.
In our schedule below, you will find the martial arts classes (Muay Thai, Boxing, etc.) combined with various conditioning training (TRX, Crossfit, Cardio Hell, Hardcore, Sandball, etc.)
Conditioning
Before each of our martial arts training, we do conditioning training to help you build a strong body that will support your passion for martial arts, improve your fitness capabilities, and both your physical and mental health. Our conditioning training might include a variety of exercises like running, jumping, lifting weights, and stretching, all designed to make your body fit and ready for any physical activity. We offer few types of conditioning tranings that will be combined with the martial arts training of your choice.
