By combining boxing, muay thai, and fitness, we aim to teach kids not just to defend themselves with strength and power, but also to build confidence, stand up to bullies, and protect their friends! The goals of this class are to develop a strong, fit, and active body with adequate mobility, as well as a great character. Students should also be able to perform boxing and muay thai techniques correctly, including light sparring.
